Super Sunday, 2011

There is perhaps no more beautiful part of the full New Orleans Mardi Gras experience than witnessing authentic Mardi Gras Indians on Super Sunday. Every year tribes of the "prettiest" chiefs, spy boys, flag boys and medicine men gather near LaSalle and Washington Ave. before commencing upon the Super Sunday parade.  "Ooooh my spy boy told your spy boy sittin on the bayou, my spy boy told your spy boy, I'm gonna set your tail on fire, talkin bout hey now...."
